Deputy Manager - Claims
- University graduate with a professional qualification
- Min. 8 years' working experience in major general insurance company, of which
3 years must be in the same capacity
- Experience in claims operation to handle all classes of complex claims
- Ability to analyze claims trend and natures of risk portfolio
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills to deal with different levels of
personnel & counterparts with good people management & problem solving skills
- Able to deliver quality work with tight schedules and work under pressure
- Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua
- Familiar with MS Office applications
Senior Officer - Claims
- Degree or other recognized insurance qualification
- Min. 5 years' solid experience handling all classes of claims, of which 3 years at
supervisory level
- Good writing skills in both languages
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua
- Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure
- Familiar with MS Office applications
Claims Officer
- Degree or other recognized insurance qualification
- Min. 5 years' solid experience handling all classes of claims, of which 2 years at
supervisory level
- Good writing skills in both languages
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua
- Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure
- Familiar with MS Office applications
(Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Deputy Claims Officer)
Officer - Medical Insurance Claims/Policy Administration
- Degree or other recognized insurance qualification
- Min. 5 years experience in medical insurance, of which 2 years at supervisory level
- Experience in policy administration duties with good customer service skill
- Experience in medical underwriting & claims assessment
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese, including Putonghua
- Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure
- Familiar with MS Office applications
(Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Deputy Officer)
Officer - Finance Department
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial/managerial reports, statutory returns and regulatory reports
for the designated group of companies
- Participate in year-end audit and tax computation
- Handle other ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting
- Min. 5 years of accounting and/or auditing experience gained in reputable
international accounting firms or in sizable general insurance companies
- Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Self-motivated, mature, detailed oriented and able to work under pressure
- Can meet tight time schedules
- Proficient in MS Office with strong excel skill & Chinese WP
- Familiar with Flex Account System is an added advantage
